Coronavirus Update - 07/07/2020

This is an important message – please read it in full.

During the Coronavirus outbreak we are operating with a reduced level of staff and shorter operating hours for our contact centre.

Any automated payment which is due to be processed, including direct debit and continuous payment authority (CPA), will continue to process as normal during this time. If this is likely to cause an issue for you, please get in touch, or speak with your bank.

Whilst we operate with reduced capacity, it is still important for you to manage your account effectively which is why we have ensured that our Online service remains open to you. You can continue to review the status of your account, make a payment and set up or amend a repayment arrangement.

IMPORTANT: Please note that if you send payment to us by cheque, due to retricted access to bank branches, your cheque may not be presented for payment immediately and there may be a delay before the funds clear your account. Please ensure that you retain sufficient funds in your account to meet the value of any uncleared cheque. Alternatively, please remit payment to us using an electronic payment method. If you have any concerns about being unable to meet a date stated in any of our correspondence, please be assured we will take the current situation into consideration.
